A regular star at the historic Rhinecliff Hotel’s Sunday Jazz Brunch, Elaine is now available to perform at your Hotel, Cabaret, Lounge, Wedding, Party or other Special Event.
Elaine Rachlin: An international chanteuse, Elaine performs American standards as well as songs in French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Hebrew and Yiddish. Her sultry voice brings with it the passion and Parisian sensibility of Edith Piaf. Elaine has performed in New York, Paris, Jerusalem and Moscow. She had been a regular at the Jazz brunch series at the Rhinecliff Hotel and has performed at the Waldorf and Hilton Hotels in New York, the National Arts Club as well as several jazz clubs, cabaret rooms, private parties and corporate events. In Paris, while a student at the Sorbonne, you might have found her at your favorite cinema, playing her guitar and singing while passing the 'chapeau' to collect money. In Jerusalem Elaine performed for official government events. She is married to jazz pianist John Halsey.
